- Melissa Klotka is a Wisconsin-based conservator who has been working in the arts her whole life. Melissa was lucky enough to be trained in conservation by one of the most professional Wisconsin art conservators with 19 years of experience - Monica Mull.

She wanted to be a conservator and did self-study for years before finally finding a mentor and deciding to follow a scary dream of protecting and preserving your precious art. Melissa is a member of the American Institute of Conservation and is doing continuing education in preservation studies of artifacts including stabilization, preservation framing, deacidification, in-painting, frame repair, and treatment reporting.
